Stuffed Cabbage Leaves (Lahanodolmades)

Food Notes

There is something deeply comforting about a plate of lahanodolmades avgolemono — tender cabbage leaves wrapped around a flavourful filling and bathed in a silky egg–lemon sauce.
Today’s version is made with care and a few favourite ingredients: organic beef mince, a touch of grated cheese, rice, and finely chopped onion, parsley, mint, and dill. Each bite feels like a taste of home — hearty, aromatic, and full of love.
I am especially grateful to Bioshop Aloe for their excellent organic vegetables, which bring freshness and depth to every dish. Cooking with such beautiful ingredients always reminds me that great food begins with great produce.

Music Pairing

Dysanatolia, "After a Long Time".
