By avoiding chips, mayonnaise, bacon, cheese, and ketchup. By not cooking them with low-quality fats.
And by making them with organic minced veal, oat flakes, fine Greek salt from Missolonghi, and extra virgin olive oil from Kefalonia.
My Greek burger is served with thin slices of radish, orange and yellow bell pepper rings, a few drops of pomegranate vinegar, and freshly ground pepper.
