This extremely popular creamy dessert of the Mediterranean region is traditionally served in a deep plate, like a fragrant sweet soup (in Cyprus too). Ingredients: organic cow’s milk, crème fraiche, cane sugar and rose water from Chios. Topped with toasted and raw Aegina pistachios and fresh pine nuts. Served with pomegranate syrup and red rose-petals spoon sweet, both home-made.
